Constitutionally, every state in the United States of America is required to have a house of representatives and each of them comprises one hundred and fifty members who are elected by the state members and they all serve a two-year term. The member of the house of representatives must be a US citizen, must be 21 or above in terms of age, must be a voter who has been registered in the state, must have lived in the state for a period not less than two years after before being elected and also before being elected in the district he or she is being voted from he or she must be a resident for a period exceeding at least one year.
